We don’t use any chemical preservatives or artificial ingredients, so our shelf life can range! The meals can typically be placed in the fridge for 5-7 days or frozen for longer. Just be sure to check the physical label on each meal for the exact use-by date.

You can eat right out of the plastic dish or plate your dinner (which Freshly recommends, and we do too). We found that each meal was perfectly hot after the allotted cooking time. It’s definitely easiest to heat the meals in a microwave, but if you don’t have one, you can heat them in the oven.
How hard is it to cancel Freshly?
If you’d like to cancel, head over to “Settings” by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner. You’ll see a “Cancel Subscription” link under “My Subscription”, just above “Account Details.” We’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re cancelling and you’ll be all set.
